EDITORIAL ANALYSIS
GTA VI could make side activities part of the adventure

One of the biggest challenges of an open world is not only making it large, but making players want to leave the main path.
The world between missions
Gyms, fishing, driving, beaches or exploration only work if they have context and variety. The key will be making these activities feel like part of Leonida rather than icons scattered across the map.
Freedom needs a reward
Players need a reason to take a detour: a conversation, an upgrade, an unexpected scene or a useful resource. We expect GTA VI to connect activities more closely to its characters and city life.
A hypothesis, not a confirmation
Some activities have appeared in promotional material, but their depth and impact on the story remain unknown. That is why we separate what has been shown from what we expect.
